Customer Support Manager

Responsibilities:

Our customer is developing a mobile solution for entrepreneurs and sales managers. Working as a Customer Support Manager you’ll be involved in:

— Resolving basic to complex support issues for customer inquiries received via Zendesk
— Becoming a product expert
— Ensuring customers’ satisfaction
— Communicating with developers (and other departments) during the investigation of client’s cases reported
— Covering additional tasks on Demand

Job requirements:

Required skills
— Fluent English
— Previous experience in customer support on mobile product is an advantage
— Excellent communication skills
— Good typing skills
— Analytical & Research skills

As a plus
— Previous experience with the Zendesk is an advantage
